I'd say Frazier or Tyson. I can't say Ali because he normally did it off the back foot or leaned backwards.
He was good at using his head but it's a lot harder to do it coming forward against a big guy like Tyson and Frazier did.
Ali did have brilliant feet though, a big part of head movement.
Tyson had very good feet when young Frazier was a couter puncher. Ali had a Boxing brain Lenoard was the full package Whittaker was as slippery as an eel ajoy to watch. Ray Robinson threw punches in bunches and could hit, but not as skillfull as people make out

I have watched ALl of Tysons fights when he was in his prime and he had the best headmovement+footwork in combination.
Frazier had good headmovement but he wasn't AS agile on his feet!
yeh man the list is as follows:
tyson that bobbing and weaving when he did it so low and awesome for a huge guy!
ali- natural skill and beautiful head movement
roy jones jr- had a great elusive hard to hit style that was his own!
Oscar de la hoya- textbook movement and footwork
pernell whittaker- one slippery assss bad bad man
Immortal Technique
I'd put Bernard and Archie Moore in the list as well
Most bad government has grown out of too much government. Thomas Jefferson
I will say Pernell Whitaker but to be honest I am bias. Pernell use to be able to go into the corner drop himself to his knee's and showboat while dodging his opponents punches, he was the man.
id have to go butterbean
