Great shots my historian friend. The one they put on BS made Donaire looked flabby. Your shots beg to differ.

Good stuff there Robert. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for taking the time to view and comment....
Pinoy crowd was nuts and came out full on to support.
A friend told me that fellow Pinoy-American actor Rob Schnider was seen there with Nonito, thought that was cool.
I tried to get a hold of Nonito but the major media outlets wouldn't let go of him. :/
Maybe next time I'll have better luck.
Great stuff! Keep up the good work.
I don't like that Cali uses those digital scales, for that very reason that they can quickly jump off. With the old beam scales, they are forced to stand there until they get the proper weight.
BTW, it's great to see your eyes.![]()
Are you going to the fights?
Top stuff bud, keep it coming, all the best to ya mum too pal !!
Mick are you at the fight? I'm here tonight.
Thanks Diane. Means a lot to have your support.
Didn't think about the scale and you bring up a very good point on that...
I'm serious he got on and off in like 2 seconds and quickly put on his shorts.
I was too lazy to put on my contacts so I just left my glasses on
Since the cold season is kicking in I'm letting my beard grow out a la "Perro" Angulo![]()
Thought about this post for a bit because I did not want to come across as kissing a moderators ass but after another draw I said fuck it.
I'm going to be 55 next year Mick and its nice to know that much younger men like yourself are so interested in boxing history and all things derived from it.
Cheers
Think nothing of it IamInuit we are all fans.
The fact that I'm a MOD here just means Saddo trusted me to keep on eye on this place.
But I'm just another person here passionate for the sport.
Well I guess we haven't crossed paths enough here so here goes.
My dad and uncles got me into boxing at very young age.
I've been around boxing since I can remember.
The first fight I attended was Jorge Paez vs. Noe Gonzalez in '86 I was 5 so I really don't remember much of it but bits and pieces.
Since then through my own will and desire of the sport I've met and have attended some great events. I've done a lot of research and a lot of reading.
I hope to one day take all of this and creat my own "brand" within the boxing world.
I write a lot about what I've seen at events and just topics here and there.
Not sure if you have seen this or not but here are several things you can look at to get a better feel of who I am as a fan of the sport and thank you for keeping the tradition going because I've learned a lot from posters such as yourself. These are just some don't want to bombard you with a bunch of stuff. I also have lot's of Ring Side threads from all the fights I've been to.
