Muscle grouping can be done in a Myrid of ways depedning on time constraints. Most of the time I skips the abs lol
I do cardio on the REST days...
I was in awesome shape this time last year, but I took a PT job stocking shelf at a grocery store and after 6 months I had the kness of a 70 year old man. Since then the weight has been creeping back because of few minutes of anything and I am ready for the wheelchair.
