What was that?!?

The ref ran in and stopped the fight. WTF was that all about??
Array
Now that is a bad stoppage.. now you may put the camera on him
Array
Or maybe the ref thought it was a shit fight and said fuck it I got places to be let me call it now.
Array
I've seen some bad stoppages in my life..... but this guy takes the prize.
He basically RAN in after the first shot Nonito landed after the knockdown and IMMEDIATELY stopped the fight.
Maybe he was dying to go home like the rest of the public.

Sigh...
Array
It was awful and just as the fight seemed to be waking from some kind of centuries old slumber too.
Poor, poor stoppage.
Array
Max is way outta line with that weak horseshit about "robbed" in Alvarado v Rios. Just to ask the question on stoppage because main event sucked is crap. STOP!!!!! throwing Gatti Ward into every damn conversation and as a criteria for what qualifies as two guys "doing enough" to satisfy us. Alvardo was DONE....and I;m no fan of Rios. Rant done
I still can't believe this is the same guy i see look impressive vs Munroe, and win a 3 round war vs Gonzalez.
Array
hreat thread guys, how did yous all score the fightst time of stoppage
i had it 79-72 Donaire
Array
i ddont wana seem like the hindishgt is twnty twenty guy but i called it a mismatch to my bud right befire it started, nishioa is 36cwhch might as well be 50 for aything below 140 and he had been out the ring for a year....
It was a terrible stoppage, but at the same time Nishioka didn't deserve to be in there. Wonder if the ref was somehow instructed to stop it first chance Donaire landed something![]()
Array
Nishioka was a bitch. Ive been looking forward to this fight even watched his highlights and thought "damn this guy is good" just to watch him be a coward, I hope he knows he embarrassed himself and just about all of Japan. At least the rios-Alvarado fight was entertaining. Donaire needs to move up in weight.
