BO held his own and did much better then he did in the first debate, so from that standpoint he might be seen more favorably. But as for the debate it's self I don't see a clear winner, the Dems will say BO did better, and the Repubs will say Romney did better. Chances are it won't change much, we should however know, when the new polls come out in the next few days.
Watched with volume off (think Lampley calling a fight) . Ate homemade tacos w/ guac and drank the beers. Advantage: me.

Obama did much better then he did in the first debate when he hardly showed up, but it remains to be seen if it will change anything. I thought Romney did a much better job of outlining his plans/views, and BO doesn't seem to have anything different then what he's already tried and failed at, as Romney pointed out.
It's hard to know yet how the likely voters are going to feel about this debate, as for me, i'm a hardcore Romney supporter.
cheers - I just now finished my 24oz bottle of Guinness - burp-![]()
I missed the first half hour, but the part I did watch, I think Obama did a much better job than he did in the first debate. After the debate ended, I saw the consensus was that Obama had won the debate.
Priceless moment: Obama calling out Romney on his claim about the President not calling the Libya attack a terrorist attack... then getting backed up by the moderator to some applause. Then... basically scolding Romney for implying that he (Obama) was prancing around in Las Vegas instead of handling the aftermath of the incident. Poor Romney got his head handed to him on that one.
Obama must've borrowed Biden's "cojones" for this debate.![]()
Yea he got owned pretty hard with that, on spot fact checked. Overall a much better performance from Obama. Most polling coming out a clear win for Obama. His first debate was so poor I doubt it was strong enough to rebound all the ground lost, but certainly a step in the right direction for the Dems. Will take 3-4 days for the polls and news cycles to see what this debate really means to the numbers.
here is the vid of it Tito:
Now for a preemptive assessment of how the debate looked, both sides, from the perspective of VC:

Obama was far better. The man was simply asleep at the wheel in the first debate.
Most bad government has grown out of too much government. Thomas Jefferson
Romney hammered Obama on a number of issues. Obama came across like he was pleading with people not to fire him.
