We can talk about each fighters progress, who they've fought, who they haven't and who's done what, but a really simple way to answer this is to use your eyes. As a boxing fan your eyes should tell you quite clearly that Price has a lot of potential but has a way to go, and that Fury is utter utter shit. It's pretty clear when you just stop and look.
