Dos Santos vs Velasquez is one of the most intriguing bout in itself, as you said, if there is no injuries, that one alone could be packed with action and drama.

I think the Maynard/Lauzon fight has some real potential.

That one might be very promising as well but the headliner is very intriguing, if both come in top shape without injuries, I am not sure who I would pick to win. If you'd have to bet on Cain or Junior, who would you pick and why?

Junior all day. Cain hasn't improved his stand up dramatically since the last fight and Junior still has great TD defense. I'm sure Cain will be better prepared but I don't think the end result will change.

Cain all day, everyday! He doesn't quiet have the stand up skills Junior has but he wont make the mistake if standing with him again. Like we saw against 'Bigfoot' Silva. He's going to take him down and start pounding. After the Nog/Lesner fights he was to confident in his striking. The Silva fight shows he's going back to what got him to the top.

To be fair mate JDS is a different beast to Silva, just cos Cain beat his ass down does'nt mean he's gonna do the same to JDS.
Cain and Overeem are the two most dangerous challenges to JDS's belt, but I just think he has a little too much for them both in the striking department.
Carwin is no slouch when it comes to take-downs and he didn't get close to JDS in 3rd's, Cain maybe the slightly better wrestler, but again JDS TD defence has got to be arguably the best in the UFC.
