I know how Bradley Wiggins feels nearly. I fell again and ripped my knee when i tried to go on the pavement and slipped. It is the first year cyling and it is dark out there. I guess wearing all black does not help either.

Hey Master, great to see your persistence in the biking thing.

I started exactly a year ago and I feel so much fitter, it has given me confidence to train harder and play football again. Best thing I have done. Read this thread on problems like stolen wheels, falling down and swallowing moths but it has all been good so far.
