It would be nice for Manny to win without any controversy and when it is not expected. I think JMM won all 3 of the fights and do not really care much. Manny should have taken the test and went for Floyd years ago.

Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Manny Pacquiao's so called "past his prime" comments IMO are rubbish. It's because come forward fighters like Cotto, Margarito, Hatton, made Manny Pacquiao overrated. Against fighters who box and move Manny Pacquiao has never looked that great, remember he was less than impressive in the rematch vs a shot MAB who chose to box, also against Morales in there 1st meeting, and obviously not forgetting all 3 JMM fights.
JMM should win again considering he has won all there 3 previous meetings IMO.
I was going to say something but this statement says exactly how i feel.
Well done icb.
Not hating on pacman but its so annoying when people say hes past it just because he has trouble against a certain type of fighter.
Judah gave floyd a few minor problems before floyd adjusted and dominated.
Pacman is not smart enough to do that against these type of fighters. What has changed since pac vs marquez 1,2 or 3? Not much!
And lets not forget the loss to an injured tom bradley in the championship rounds.
Marquez will loose again unless he sets the pace more and becomes more aggressive.
Manny Pacquiao's fights are big business regardless of who he faces, and as a boxing fan its a pleasure to see two future hall of famers fight, but other than that, frankly, I'm not too excited about this match-up. We've seen it three times before. Even if ultimately the outcome turns out to be different, on paper its the same fight once again. For my money, I would prefer to see Pacquiao and Marquez in with new blood. Its not as if Pacquiao or Marquez fight 4X/year. They fight twice at most every year. We've seen them against each other. How about they face new big challenges? On the other hand, the three previous fights were all good fights.
I credit Pacquiao for taking on Bradley, at least that was different. Bradley was a p4p guy, lower end of list, but in his prime, and the top junior welterweight in the world. Since moving up to lightweight, other than Floyd or Pacquiao, when has Marquez faced anyone at the top of their game? I would prefer Rios-Marquez, Garcia-Marquez, Bradley-Marquez, even Matthysse-Marquez.
Right now, I'm going with Marquez just for the sake of going against the grain.
No one is getting any younger..
Floyd is 35
Pac is 33
Marquez is nearly 40!
Some people mature and hold on to there skills better than others. (Hopkins, sergio)
I like to think and many others do that floyd has probably taken less punishment over the years than pac and the majority of fighters.
Marquez has always given pac problems and always will.
So marquez and pac have fought three times already and they have all been very close.
For marquez to still compete and arguably win on all three occasions and be seven years OLDER than pacman AND have a WEIGHT disadvantage is pretty impressive.
Marquez is always the underdog in these fights and look what he has achieved!
All im saying is that for OLD boy marquez to still be competitive on all these occasions (whilst he is older and also loosing his mental edge and reflexes) these same issues would cancel each other out.
Any disadvantages pac might be having are even more magnified for little old marquez.
Marquez wins the fight, Pacquaio wins the decision.
Few more days anymore predictions? I really think this fight is going to be a war and we will get a decisive winner, somebody is gonna get hurt here.
Marquez, clearly won the 3rd fight to me and I believe he will get the decision in the 4th. On another note anyone, who doesn't think Pacquiao or Floyd have declined is losing their mind. Floyd doesn't have the legs to move around the ring like he did against Hatton and Manny has been on the slide since the Margarito fight. Lack of explosiveness, severely reduced workrate, he is unable to fight every second of every round now.
It's only natural for a piece of string to loosen over time - such were the once taut dynamics between Pacquiao and Marquez.
I think Pacman will be kept on the end of his own flaws long enough to convince him of the prospects of retirement.

I actually disagree a little bit. He might be overrated AND past his prime. Consider that for a moment. He didn't look spectacular in his last two outings. It's hard not to argue that Pacquiao has problems with defensive fighters and counter punchers. Every style has an antithesis. On the other hand, in my opinion, he hasn't looked quite as explosive as he has in the past either.
I don't overrated him. I'm not ranking him all-time or any of that crap until he's retired and we can compare him completely. He's a terrific fighter and a pleasure to watch and he's one of the best of our generation.
No no no, dont get it twisted he had different opponents.
Give pacman another past it hatton or margarito and everyone would say how explosive he still is!
Come on guys. I think its a bit disrespectful to bradley/mosely/marquez to say pac is past it or slowed down or has leg cramps just because they nulified pacs workrate.
Jeeez, cotto gave floyd some competition for 3-4 rounds but you dont hear floyd fans saying "floyd is slowing up, floyds legs are gone, floyds this or that!"
That was the first bloody nose floyd had in a long time but cotto gave him that.
Takes two to tango fellas.
I love watching Pac Man fight, but personally i want to see Marquez win,
Just so he has a Win against PacMan on his career stats. He deserves that.
