    Depends what your issues are! Sounds like you are only borderline being accepted, if Santander didn't fancy it because they had an affordability issue, Woolwich are even more tight fisted!

    Tell your broker to try Halifax. They are really quick and easy to get a mortgage with at the minute. Rates are average, but it will save all the fucking about. But if you don't want to buy the house anyway, then you might not be bothered!

    You sure it's not just cold feet of the impending commitment of living together that's putting a dampener on things?

    I think it is cold feet, guess also I'm not ready just yet and kinda feel pressured in a way!
    Was all exiting at first then It became a full time job having to get all sorts of account info, statements then they pulled out so woolwich said ok we want 1 years worth of your dads business accounts with nothing blacked out.
