I think it was a heart attack although some say it was over sex by a mistress.

I may be able to believe the official autopsy, 'death by misadventure' / too much water in brain caused by painkiller medicine (perhaps mixed with hashish) / etc but I find it hard to believe one of the fittest men in his time would've died from over sex.

But what a way to go.

In the film Dragon they showed him having severe head aches, it could have been a brain heamaridge.

yeah, officially betty ting pei mentioned BL had headaches, she gave him some painkillers or aspirin or something.
