The body is the minds servant. If you dont tell your body what you want consciously and clear the path from you to it; it will do what you fear think or love to hold onto subconsciously.

Continually say 'I release the past'.

Just say it aloud look in a mirror, believe what you say your sub conscious will fight it for a small time cause its been the boss, but it will follow your consciousness then your body parts will follow suit after that.

Thats how you get to the root cause.

now I eat alot of plenty of pasta with tomato paste/oregano/black pepper/cumin. And sheep's cheese. Bought a 6 pound block of great Turkish sheep's cheese last week and ıts nearly gone.

then afterwards I say I need a Tuborg Gold beer ıce cold---whıch bloats the hell out of me after all that pasta. Also Im far too fond of 70% cacao bitter chocolate bars. Then there's BBQ chıcken when I eat all the crıspy skın and all the fatty parts too.

    A veritable corner store.

Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day when you aren't training. more when you are.
