There is always a certain amount of skepticism associated with anyone who was successful in one sport and then decides to switch to another. Freddie's cricketing days are over so why not have a crack at something else? He obviously can't combine the both, those days are over when you had professional footballers in England turning out for the county cricket club during the off season.
