On paper I suppose not a chance. Chico was dominant. It's the timing. When Floyd fought Chico he was about to go to the big house to serve battery charges. You cant tell me that this did not effect a man like Corrales at the peak of his career.

Even IF that played a role in Corrales's performance...a distracted Diego at that time was still twice the fighter Demarco is. There is just no comparing Floyd's early career with Broner's...not only in terms of competition...but also in terms of skill. Again...Broner is very talented...and maybe he will live up to the hype and have a great career. But he is no Floyd...and that is perfectly ok.
