I don't know if they get a percent of PPV sales but they are contracted so I think they make the same amount regardless of who they fight. I personally think a Silva vs Jones fights is bigger and would be more entertaining.

It has to happen if theres no more competition for GSP.
Gsp might not want it but think of what would happen if he won.
This will be GSP biggest test of all time and lets hope it happens next year.

There are fights for GSP though. Hendricks is a pretty clerar cut #1, if Rory wins decisively he has a decent claim for a title fight and Nick Diaz has to be a big fight away from his own title shot. He has at least 1.5 - 2 years worth of legit contenders at 170. Considering he has stated a fight with Anderson will signal him leaving WW permanently he has to feel pretty certain about staying at MW.

Maybe they are contracted but I am sure that White would gladly shell in a couple of hundreds of thousands if both would accept, he sure can do that.
As for the fight, I agree that Silva would have the edge, way too big for St-Pierre... except perhaps if he's really down to 168 but even then, he would have the hell of an avantage. I also agree that Jones vs Silva is ZE fight that we all want to see, size and skills wise, that would be the heck of a battle. As Silva is not getting any younger, that would be a fight for the ages.

I think this probably means Hendricks is looking at another fight as well and a title fight with a win. I think Rory is pretty good opponent if he gets past BJ.
