Anyone who knows about working out knows how hard it is to put on 15-20lbs of lean muscle mass, especially when you are simultaneously undergoing incredibly strenuous cardio/endurance training.

For some things, simple "hard work" doesn't cut it.

Yep and also the argument that Pacquiao was alot heavier when he actually stepped in the ring than the weight he went in at doesnt hold water.

Hatton used to be alot heavier than light welter whn he went in but theres no way he could move up to light middle or middle, be effective and still look ripped.
