Cotto v Trout post fight analysis, comments etc.

Really thought the scoring was atrocious by the judges especially the always dismal Adelayde Byrd...11-1

Had it a draw myself, but could see 7-5 Trout.

Cotto's face swells up easy these days much like Judah's, but a lot of Trout's punches were partially blocked or missed.

Cotto def won a good 5 rounds, but looked tired down the stretch.

Trout showed good skills a smart gameplan and a good chin as well.

Cotto might need to think about retirement or working on that stamina, he was not in the kind of shape he was in for the Floyd fight.

I was able to see most of the undercard and was thrilled to see some of our good local prospects win their respective fights. Jeffrey Fontanez looked fantastic, and so did Jayson Velez. I saw Cotto losing 117-112. I think the right fighter won and I don't see anything wrong with the judging. Some of those middle rounds were really close.
