its funny how things like that suddenly seem amusing or funny---I woulda never noticed if you guys hadnt pointed it out. Pause it! kinda ridiculous but also funny at the same time isnt it.

Brock try jumping into an ice cold bath it is supposed to recuperate the muscles quicker. But do not stay too long in it otherwise you will freeze to death.

Does not matter how cold it is, if you run you warm up in no time.
