    that is a great idea--I also like to take a long hot shower and then in the shower drop down and do pushups and then up and some knee kicks and then down and up whilst sweating buckets as you say. Do it all in the sauna or hot shower for extra sweating.

    That sounds dangerous because you can slip and break your neck.

    Try an ice cold shower for 30 seconds.
    Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
