My big issue with it is that it seems to be slow in coming up with the news. I've come here the morning after a big fight and the main headline is still "Fighter A and Fighter B square off tonight". Like a lot of posters here, I just bypass the front page into the forum. If you're not immediately up to date on the news, people will just go elsewhere for their news and just use the forum.

I agree also that the format is very boring. One of my favorite news sites is Sherdog.com (for MMA). If you go there, you immediately see a compelling picture for the big story, and headlines below so you can choose an article you are interested in reading about.

I like it because its not a bunch of glitter and shit. Just the facts Jack. Its heavy on the British scene but that's understandable and the Uk domestic scene does lay waste the rest of the planet. I would imagine the time difference has much to do with coverage so maybe more North American guys could submit write-ups. I've always liked the newspaper headline border.

Well to be fair the website I mentioned (sherdog.com), there was a new years eve MMA show in Japan, but because of the time different it started at like 4 in the morning in North America. They had full coverage (pre, during and post) up right away.

I'm a camera man/editor for a local news station here, and I know full well we have to have the scoop before the other local station or we lose the ratings. They really should have people dedicated to getting that big fight coverage up right away.
