All that stuff you've read is tried and tested for that particular individual. It might work, but then you've gotta fit the criteria to be able to carry it off. If you make James Bond look positively awkward then anything you do is gonna work. If on the other hand you've got an Austrailian accent or ginger hair then no amount of coaching is gonna reap the same rewards.
