BUT, I have to say, the thought of him getting in there with a top 10 guy now is kinda scary. Years ago he struggled against fringe guys like Rahman and Oquendo, and that was 5 years ago. He looked awful against Lebedev, and his handspeed and reflexes have taken a bad dive over hte past few years.

I'd rather see him retire without a KO loss on his record. I think Haye would give him a brutal one at this point.

When you get fighters at a similar level in their careers you can say such things, but Toney is so ruined that it is no where near close enough to make such assertions.

All I want is for someone in the top 10 top put him out of his misery if that is the consensus. I've got no issues with people thinking Toney is done, but let me see it with my own eyes and without blatant leg injuries.
