From what boxing anaylst have said Floyd Mayweather has the most intense training regime, but to be honest I don't know, a young Shane Mosley seemed to be made of stone and sharp in the ring.Originally Posted by TheSilverBoy

You should see my training regiment, it is awesome. It consist of cookies, donuts, beer, chicken all surrounded by a big couch and a big screen tv. You should see what kind of shape I am in, it's awesome.

The average fulltime pro or amatuer who competes on a regular basis usually have 15rd workouts 4 or 5 times a week when not training for a fight...3 rds rope non stop,,3 speed bag non stop,,3 double end bag w/ min rest between rds. and 6 rds on the heavy bags 2 on a 100lb 2 on a 150lb+ And 2 on a Sharp shooter or uppercut bag ( usually you switch on and off depending on day )...Plus your running ( you should do every day no matter what at least a mile or two),,,And occasional mitts, sparring, plyometrics (at least 2 days a week),,Sit ups ect....and thats just to stay in shape. When training for a fight tdouble. Not to mention a dozen other things depending on the Trainer or fighter.....Then times it all by 3 and thats what you get in a PBF, Hopkins, or any of those guys workouts
