Froch is alot better now but i still feel he lost to andre in there first bout.

Is mr hearn keeping froch away from the mini andre as this is too much of a risky fight?

I know andre dirrell is not thought upon that greatly but i would like to see this as a pre andre ward fight.

I like froch attitude and strong warrior type style but theres a certain style he has issues with and im looking forward to see if can ADAPT this time around.
I read a while ago direll does not want a rematch. I dont get why ppl are so high on Direll, He lost against the cobra, quit and crumbled against MW Abraham and has not been seen since!
I agree he's done nothing to try and get himself back into the picture and I haven't heard anything this year so far to suggest he's going to try.

I'd have to watch the fight again I remember it being close but don't think i doubted that Froch would get the decision. I'm sure he was the aggressor and landed the better/harder shots.

Agreed that Dirrel has done nothing to deserve a rematch. Froch struggles against boxers and fighters who don't want to have a fight. That was shown against Taylor, he can be outboxed.

Froch doesn't have a lot of time left. I'm hoping to see Kessler, Ward and Bute rematches then retirement.

I agree, Dirrell was good until he reached the top fighters then he fell on his face. I don't know if it's mental or physical but he's out of the picture in my opinion.

I'm not a big Dirrell fan, but I hope that isn't the case. Dirrell just needs to regroup and earn his way back into the title picture. People aren't going to rush to fight him because he has the potential to be dangerous. He needs to beat people like Stevenson, Tommy Gunn from South Africa, or Sakio Bika. Wins over that level of fighter would propel him to a big fight.

dirrell should have been DQed by round 6

you cant run to that extent and not face some sort of penalty

Oosthuizen would be interesting! A tall undefeated southpaw..

He would crumble vs. someone who could put the heat on like Bika! He couldn't handle the presure of Froch or MW AA. Direll would not fight Bika in a million years. I even think Bute would be a stylistic nightmare for Direll regardless of the Froch fight!

Talking of Bika...he is fighting undefeated Nikola Sjekloca for Andre Ward’s WBC world title next i believe!

It was originally scheduled as a WBC eliminator fight first - but now it's interim. It's also likely that Bute could the face Bika-Sjekloca winner for WBC 168 lb strap in the spring. Interesting times...

Ward may have to fight Bika again or maybe Bute!

Oh God please! No do not even consider making that fight again! It was all wrong.

Dirrell has done nothing for 2 years and has faded into obscurity, if he wants to get back into contention to fight the top super middles then he needs to become a LOT more active and work his way back up. I can't imagine a rematch would generate much interest anyway, yes it was close and debatable, but it was also completely shite to watch.

It wasnt the best fight to watch but it will be interesting to see how froch will fight differently for mr.ward.

These types of fighters give him problems. Hopefully he has learned from the two andre fights and will be dominate (press action early?) next time.

Direll should fight his brother and his best mate Ward first.

Seriously man, you want to see a Dirrell rematch over a Kessler rematch? The Kessler fight was awesome, the Dirrell fight was one of the worst fights I've ever seen. Unless you're attempting to cure insomnia, why would you want to put yourself through watching that again?

Tall rangy Southpaws like Bute or Oosthuizen would be interesting!

Pressure fighters seem to bring the best and worst out in direll! He's a bizarre fighter! Maybe Glen johnson wants another payday?

Ward will never happen! Bika is avoided to hell! Kessler would stop him late or it would end in a no contest! Groves may happen down the line somewhere! Stieglitz would be a good win for him and i think he would win! That leaves Magee, Pavlik or stevenson!

Having said that he will end up fighting none of them! Abraham seems to have put the fear of god into him...
