    Default Great Win by Solido.

The champ would not quit despite being outgunned by the younger fighter. I knew Solido would keep fighting and eventually catch up with the younger fighter and get the younger fighter to quit.

I think the rematch should be similar, solido gets behind on the scorecard but eventually gets the k.o.

    What a fight.

Garcia showed he has little heart. I'm embarrassed for him.

He will learn from this defeat, but i think Solido takes him out in the rematch too.

Just read a report on the fight and sounds like it was all Garcia. Will watch it later. What were the odds for a Garcia win?

Solido was out boxed, he was knocked down a few time's he looked old, Garcia did not show the
heart of a lion I totally agree, but he gave Solido a boxing lesson it a was a accidental head-but,
the outcome may not please all, but the rules are the rules.
Garcia totally out boxed Salido, and I feel a rematch Salido gets KO.

I'm wondering who the fuck 'Solido' is, the guy who fought, got his ass kicked, and lost a decision by a wide margin, this past Saturday was named Salido.

You seem to have watch a totally different fight than we all did?

Garcia is young, he can bounce back from this.

It's a sham that salido is willing to walk thru any kind of hell to win, loses his championship belt to a kid who quits on his stool cause he's having trouble breathing.

Well not everyone can be like Abrhams and fight with a broken jaw I suppose. Still at least people know he's not mentally tough. However will they be able to take advantage of that fact?

So is this some kind of joke? Seriously man i've come to expect this kind of childish, lame-ass shit from Rocco, who I keep on ignore most of the time. But for some reason I expected better from you.

FYI, the ring Dr. stopped the fight, but even if Garcia had decided not to continue, I sure as hell don't blame him. Why continue fighting with a broken nose, caused by a headbutt, it would give your opponent an unfair advantage, in a fight you had totally dominated.

Its a shame to finally see that very same face first at all costs style finally catch up and have him look like a dominated and war torn fighter on his last legs to a young fighter who boxed his ears clean off.

I was pissed as well that Garcia took the easy win, especially after Salido had gone to hell and back, enduring 4 knockdowns and never giving up.

However, there is a good chance that in his desperation and quest for revenge Salido did in fact intentionally headbutt Garcia.

I was rooting for Salido the whole time, screaming at the TV, but he was getting dominated for much of the fight and fighting foolishly.

There is no sense in being this bitter and pretending that it was Salido win.

It was a Garcia win, slightly cheapened by opting to go to the scorecards. You could tell afterwards Garcia felt a little bit guilty about taking the victory that way, but otherwise he looked like Doniare out there practically.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"

I wonder what people would have said if the intentional head butt had caused a gusher and ended the fight. Say it was not intentional? In either case the fight would have been stopped and they would have gone to the cards. Garcia could not breathe and breathing is kind of an integral part of the sport. I guess Israel Vazquez has no heart either because he retired on his stool with the same injury because he could not breathe in the first Marquez fight.
