Tua by knockout. Joe was great but he didn't have the fire power to go toe to toe with Tua.
As great as Joe was, there are a bunch of guys I can think of from history who would probably rank way below him, but would be absolute poison to him in a fight. Tua and Tyson spring to mind.

Tua had the better chin and much bigger power. I can't see that one going the distance and I can't see Joe beating him.

Come on! Frazier was dropped multiple times by Bonavena and foreman!
Tua's left hook was immense! Frazier was not a slick boxer either he was a come forward brawler....
Tua via brutal stoppage. Fraziers power would not affect Tua. 240lb monster puncher Ike's couldn't!
