Here's a very close one, by George Foreman (again). Holyfield - Bowe I, the classic 10th round. At around 38:20 in, Big George warns that Bowe may put Holyfield on the canvas for the first time in his career.

Then, as Lampley considers Foreman's prediction, Bowe lands the big uppercut that begins one of the most dramatic sequences in boxing history. Of course, Evander never actually hits the canvas. But George was eerily timely nonetheless.
