Strangely I actually agree with Marx. I question where we are all heading with this technology and how it will be used. In many respects we are heading into dangerous times and government and big business will/are working to bring it all under control and to regulate and monitor. Social networking means Big Brother working in terrifying ways. We have people being arrested for daft comments on Twitter that would have been ignored in the pub.

I also think a lot of the new technology is pointless. I have a phone and would like to text and call. That is the function of a phone. I have a television to watch programs, that is the function of a television. In terms of tv, HD is good, but that's it for me. Good definition and what I want to watch. Same with music, I like to buy an album and put it on the stereo and I will never deviate. Downloads and MP3? Not good enough. CD and good headphones please.

All I really hope for is improved and cleaner energy and affordable too as it is renewable. None of this petrol hike a week shit just so Dubai can build hotels underwater.
