He's a decent welterweight sure but he's nowhere near the top ten p4p.

Off the top of my head I can think of at least a dozen welters who would rate above or equal to him, Mayweather, Margarito, Baldomir, Spinks (if he comes back down), Cotto( if he moves up), Zab Judah, (still a top class fighter), Quintana (on a par), Cintron, Williams, Mosely (if he comes down), Julio (still great potential and he says he wants back at 147lb, Ishe Smith (great talent though credibility was damaged by Contender, Clottey (could be a dark horse), and Andre Berto who is definitely a top prospect to look out for and might yet settle into welter division as he rarely weighs more than 150 for a fight.

Considering the potential depth of talent at 147 now I'd say Colazzo will be forgotten within a couple years
