Bal wins - final 34-31 - the end of the game kinda sucked, when the Niners receiver was held in the end zone on 4th down. But when you get down to it SF had 3 other chances to score and failed, give the Ravens credit for playing "D".

Except for the ending, that was a good game, and i'm not a fan of either team.

Niners have a 1st and goal at the 7 with plenty of time left. They have a QB in Kaepernick who's perfectly capable of running it in, with 4 cracks at the end zone. So what do they do? They throw it 3 out of the 4 times. Dumbass play calling, as usual.
They deserved to lose.

Damn those Ravens. I wanted Peyton to have a crack at the Super Bowl with his new team... Ravens beat the Broncos. I wanted Brady to win another Super Bowl... the Ravens beat the Patriots. Finally, I wanted the Ravens to lose the SB so I wouldn't have to hear Ray Lewis' self promotion and shameless patting himself on the back. The Ravens beat the 49ers.

I don't see what is super about a bowl. Men in helmets taking part in the most tedious of all sports (golf included) and the highlight being 3rd rate performers coming on during the break and it being so bland that people applaud the advertisements. American sports are just awful. Basketball, American football, baseball. Those 3 are the most depressing sports of all time. I hate golf, but I would sooner watch that than any of those other ones. There is just something about them that just seems aesthetically unappealing.

The Cory Spinks fight was the most significant event last weekend and it had Teddy Atlas. Fuck Beyonce and many a man would/has, but give me Teddy Atlas any day of the week.

Sounded like a good game. The lights went off which happened on Saturday when Fulham played Man Utd. It happened a couple of years ago and it was discovered to be a betting syndicate in the south east Asia who were setting it up.

Ed Reed IS class, and if he retires it'll be as big a loss, or bigger, for the Ravens. And like Tony Gonzalez from the Falcons, he'll go away without much of a fuss, and let the fans go on and on about how they're missed. Unlike f*cking Ray Lewis, who not only has basked unashamedly in the adulation, but has fueled most of it... and has made the Super Bowl more about him than the Ravens.

Halftime musicals usually suck, i'm sure Beyonce was no exception. As for the game, it was a pretty entertaining although I only watched the 2nd half.
