Here are few who had terrific chins. Add to the list or rearrange them.
1. Marvelous Marvin Hagler
2. Harry Greb
3. Rocky Marciano
4. George Chuvalo
5. Julio Cesar Chavez
6. Carlos Monzon
7. Kid Gavilan
8. Jake LaMatta
9. Carmen Basillo
10. Gene Fullmer
11. Sam Langford
12. Daniel Zaragoza
13. James Toney
14. Sugar Ray Robinson
15. Tommy Farr

I don't want to argue but I do want you opinions.
Superb list. Everybody forgets Cobb.
Greb. He was only stopped twice in over 300 fights. Once by ko in his 7th fight and later a tko because his arm was busted.
Stribling who I have talked a bit about lately. Stopped only once in about 235 fights depending on sources 225 at the go to site.
Hagler
Paulie Ayala. Not sure if you have seen the Morales fight but how he remained standing was unreal. Only stopped once in his final fight by Mab.

Suppose I better go do some work.
Good call on Ayala. For a guy with little pop he was solid. I do remember him being really outhustled and flat out fought and dropped by Dianzo though. Texas home cooking that one!

I don't know if a all great have great chins, they just have the better defense and offense to pull them out of the fire or not put them in there in the first place. Only thing about a solid beard is you don't want to need to repeatedly prove it. Toney was an upper body roll and slip phenom, but he got rocked a few.

Ben Tackie had a head of titanium.
Tackie is a great pick. You could have hit him with a sledge hammer.

Silly me for not seeing Greb and Hagler already on his list.
