Most boring sports on TV

Darts is the second highest watched sport on Sky Sports (obviously Football is no.1). It pisses over boxing.

It isn't as good as boxing, but I do enjoy darts. I don't see how anyone could call it boring. It is a very quick sport.

I couldn't care less whether or not people have an interest in what I like. I watch what I like. I read what I like. I do what I like. If someone tells me I watch a boring sport i'm not gonna stop watching it.

Golf on tv irks the shit out of me, especially when it's raining a bit due to the umbrellas & the uncovered microphones so the audiance is left to hear the pit-pat of rain drops....I love a thunderstorm, but the sound of rain hitting an umbrella or a microphone is torturous especially when coupled with the whispers of those doing the play by play.

Yeah, if it's on tv when you're trying to go under, just turn that shit on for background ambiance and it's lights out within minutes.

Fella's I'm not kidding.... Have you ever noticed that golf in the background sounds almost exactaly like the background soundtrack of Tom Hanks most excellent movie Cast Away.

I've yet to meet anyone who has stopped watching a sport because others have told him it's boring. The day I do, I'll gently recommend professional help. Boring is a personal perception. Some people swear by golf... others find it boring. Same thing with just about any other sport. What's the big deal? Expressing one's opinion about something is pathetic?
I think pathetic would be taking others' opinions seriously enough to affect one's own preferences.

It's a thread about boring sports, not a referendum on world peace.
