I don't pay much attention to p4p lists because they are just favourite lists making them subjective at best and downright bias at worst. In addition rarely does anyone under 126 get on them.

I agree. I also no longer follow or compile a P4P list. There is too much debate about something so trivial.

I'd rather concentrate on the elite of the division fighting each other!

IOka truly is a dynamite of a fighter.. He's a best young japanese ive seen in the past 15 years or so but im on the fence with this one..
