by him tuck tail and going back down to 140 how are we supposed to judge him? He has not challenged anyone but PBF(for money) other than that what has he shown us at 147? That he can be hurt by the lightest of punchers? or that the transition is simply too much for him? Either way it can now be assumed that Hatton was and will never be in the leagues of PBF, Baldomir or even Gatti(yeah, I said it!!). at least these guys had the ability to step up and hold their own. Think your jumping the gun judging him like that at this stage, old son. I'm sure he'll happily move back up if the right fights can be made in the future, and considering the best win for the guys you mention as being in a different leauge to him, since moving up, has been against Kostya Tsyzu victims - who I'm sure you know Ricky beat the fuck out of - must count for something?
