Round starts with a clinch. dueling jabs, Holt gets the better of it. Holt putting punches together now, Peterson continues to shell. Holt landing on the body and head. Peterson backing his shots with power now, trying to turn the tides. Holt looks a little fuzzy. straight right lands on Holt. Peterson landing heavy rights now. Holt trying to fire back and misses. Big counter right from Peterson and down goes Holt, he gets up but is saved by the bell

Peterson jumps on Holt right away withe measured pressure, Holt trying to fend him off with jab, Peterson keeps coming. Left hook to the body of Holt solid impact. Holt's punches have definitely lost some steam. Left hook from Holt rocks Peterson, but he comes back with a left hook of his own. Holt ties up. Peterson tagging the body now and Holt ties up. Holt warned for holding the ropes. Peterson back to business and Holt appears to be melting away now. Mean bodywork by Peterson now. Holttrying to fire back, but he is badly outgunned.
