God I hate Steve Bunce, what a worthless histrionic fat fairy he is! I can't be bothered to watch that entire video but PLEASE, someone in England take a cricket bat to his head for fucks sake!!!
Interesting, I think Chambers would do quite well vs Stiverne if he still has his defensive wits about him and the weight loss hasn't made him chinny. Stiverne is one of the few heavyweights that has game changing power....he hasn't been hurt to my knowledge but he's been outboxed before. Ray Austin was teaching him a lesson before Bermane finally closed the show. However Ray Austin is rangey and can move well, while Chambers relies on being "in the pocket" and countering.
I do hope that Arreola vs Stiverne happens soon though because those guys and just built to have a good style matchup!

I guess there isnt too many guys about that are good business for wladimir if he is fighting this guy S: well i guess he can make some easy cash money from germany and maybe italian tv too... cant really think of who else he could fight just now to be fair
Array
Exactly. He didn't want to wait for long months haggling with Sauerland over purse bids, he had been planning to fight three times this year.
Wlad's not getting any younger - he turns 37 next month - and he wants to get in a few more fights before he's past it. And besides, his contract with RTL TV calls for a fight in the spring.
Pianeta is known in Germany, and Wladimir is very popular, so the fight will sell very well and do good ratings as always on RTL.

I forgot about the tv contract too :S so fighting a half german half italian guy does make sense in that way and i was just looking at the heavyweight rankings on box rec and going through them seeing who would be a good opponent and easy enough to negotiate with and errr there isn't really anyone anymore .. pulev and povetkin would be nice but i dont think they would be too easy to get into the ring without long negotiations... tyson fury would be a nightmare to negotiate with and probably doesnt really want anything to do with wladimir... not sure the americans are too hot on coming over to germany for it either... so pianeta probably is one of the better guys for this fight
