Floyd has never done that his entire career. I addition he has rarely fought twice in four months if ever and if he did it was much earlier in his career. What has Alvarez done to even get the fight besides being involved in the same promotion company? To me its unreasonable to expect a guy that takes a year or more off in between fights to dance to the Alvarez drum. Alvarez knew dam well that if Floyd signed Trout would not have a hope. So he pulls out of the card and makes the fight with Trout in Texas. Nice contingency plan.
