This card starts @ 10:00 PM ET tonight here in North America and @3:00 AM Sunday morning in the UK/Europe.
March 2
At Las Vegas (Showtime): Richard Abril vs. Sharif Bogere, 12 rounds, for vacant WBA lightweight title; Gary Russell Jr. vs. Vyacheslav Gusev, 10 rounds, featherweights..
Should be 2 cracking fights, it's definitely worth a look.
Bump.. the fights start in about 2 hours, or @10:00 PM ET, 3:00 AM in the UK.
That ko by Jorge Melendez was year end top ten worthy...for a second I thought he shot him
Slept on this fight Abril v Bogere. I like Abril by late tko at this very second. Sober still. Should be fun!
Yo bro, I just wolfed down 4 Shiner Bock after doing a bit of work preparing my veggie garden for planting in the spring. Sipping on a Grolsch @ the moment.
I'll be pulling for Abril and I hope he knocks Bogere into next week. As for Russell Jr. vs. Vyacheslav Gusev, I don't have a fav, may the best man win. Hopefully we get to see 2 good fights starting in about 30 minutes.
cheers
Steaming drunk and vaporised here. They're showing Abril Rios over here. I wonder if Abril gets robbed again tonight? I'm going for an Abril points win.
Going the other way on points.
Alrighty, here we go with the Showtime card, Al Bernstein, Paula Malignaggi and that histrionic, annoying, asswipe Mauro Rannalo calling the action, Brian Kenny in the Studio. 1st up Gary Russell Jr. vs. Vyacheslav Gusev, 10 rounds, featherweights.
Let's rate the Corona Girls.
Shiner brews quite a variety of beers here locally in Texas, most are quality, I just prefer the Shiner Bock when I feel like drinking something local and domestic. I keep a case or 2 in the garage.
Gusev may go the distance, but I still think Russell will turn it up a notch and get him out of there.
Just started watching: I still can't stand Renallo.
