I;m not saying he's one of the greatest yet. But he's never been dominated thus far. Barrera got owned by Jones, Morales by Pacquiao, Pacquiao by Medgoen 3K Battery, Wright lost to a green Vargas IMO plus the loss to Vasques & Wrights record has only become solid of late. So to me yes there is still plenty of time & opportunity for Floyd to try to prove his greatness. Put DLH, Mosley, Wright & Hatton on Floyds record & it starts to get pretty hard to deny.
I won't go through every single one but like I said,they may have lost but does PBF have a fight equal to
-Mosley beating Oscar
-Winky schooling Tito and Shane
-Manny beating MAB and being the first to stop EM
-MAB beating Erik/Hamed etc etc

I agree with you Floyd has rnough time to make things right and increase his legacy but whether he actually wil or whether people are going to debate about him in 30 years time as the RJJ of this era remains to be seen,it is up to him.
Bro I don't wanna go against your boxing knowledge cause I know your the man... but the only fight you mention there that is better than on Floyds record is Mosley/ DLH. Tito was ramked P4P when Wright beat him, neither was Mosley the second time, Corrales was #1 at Jr. L & about #5 at P4P when Floyd beat him I think that is equal to the Winky, Manny & MAB fights you mention. Plus when you add in Hernandez #1 Jr.L, Castillo #1 L & #2 L, plus Judah who was #2 W. That's pretty solid comp. Add in linear Lightweight champion & with a win over Baldomir linear Welterweight champion & the fact that the Corrales bout would have been for a championship if the Rings policy was in place then, would be a three weight linear champion. Those are some pretty solid accomplishments right ther!
No way was Corrales P4P top 5 then was he?!?! Hell no,all I remember the commentators saying was that Corrales was P4P hardest hitter,certainly not actual P4P!! I still disagree,we are talking about resumes,not titles and the post I made afterwards containing who has beaten who shows those guys have fought far far better competition than Floyd! Erik Morales now has trilogies with Pacquioa and Barrerra,that is better than nearly of Floyd's fights alone....
