you drop your left when you pop the jab...bad habit...when you go to throw your left throw it...don't load up so much..think of it as a power jab instead of a power punch...the power will be there. Keep your elbows in!!!! if they come out think of your innocent exposed ribs!!!!! also I would get in the practice of holding your left hand upto or against your chin...this could help immensely...then you could throw all the jabs you want!!!! .....but promising nontheless....find a gym...the biggest thing in starting to fight is actually starting....you're on your way!!!! keep punching!!
