I'll tell ya what. I would prefer to see Donaire test the waters at featheweight against John than JuanMa (although it makes sense to take on JuanMa before John from a challenge stand point). It would be a HUGE fight in Macau, and a legacy-defining fight for both fighters.

I agree. I thought about this fight recently but I don't think John would want it. If Arum wants to sell Macau though, putting in a top Phillipine star against a guy with Chinese origins (even though he is Indonisian) will sell huge over there.

Mikey would destroy Roman Martinez. But would be a decent fight at Super Featherweight as a warm up for Burgos or Uchiyama
