He's been given a 2 shot penalty. Anyone else would have been out IMO.

rules are rules but seems strange there was no incident till his interview

Not a huge golf fan but why didn't an official tell him re drop zone . To my knowlegde no one had noticed till his interview ? He didn't even know he'd done anything wrong - else why admit it
