This is a really tough question guys.
I think that there were many heroic acts perpetrated that day, especially by the rescue services. Some humans are essentially heroic and will act for the greater good. I am not sure that the firemen were heroes just for being firemen, and I am sure some of them were not particularly heroic on the day. Some were, though.
Isn't it odd that lots of people in the world think that the suicide pilots were heroes?
Definition, upbringing and outlook define our views just as does media and religious propaganda.
Entrenched views (like we all have) cannot be changed on a website forum or through everyday conversation....... that's part of the reason why the world is in the state it is currently in.
Having said that, Jax seems to have jumped off the Rahman bandwagon pretty damn quick - so maybe there is hope for all the fanatics in the world, including our own ones.![]()
