Dude, faaaaaaaaar too much volume.
1000 sit ups (I can't tell if you're joking!) will build your abs the same way that standing with your arms out and doing 1000 arm circles will build your shoulders - it won't... Sure you're getting a 'burn', but that's just lactic acid building up... It's not the same as putting the muscle fibres under enough tension/time under tension (muscles can't count weight or reps!) to stimulate muscle growth.
All such a volume when give you is a build up of lactic waste and a bad back (tight hip flexors are gonna fuck your pelvic alignment up, did you do 1000 exercises of a back exercise to balance it out?)
