Is your goal to lose weight.

Recently started going to a boxing gym again, 26 here.

Changed my diet to stop eating bread and pasta, similar to a paleo diet.

I compensated loss of calories by drinking lots of milk (not paleo).

If you try this for a while your energy levels will be much higher.

    Not drank sodas for years

    Read you PS

I am on the paleo, or "bulletproof" diet myself, similar to your with a few more restrictions, i lost 14 pound in two weeks and feel amzing, body is actually building muscle with minimal exercise. It goes like this, meat, vegetables, water, nothing outside of that. No fruits, no sugar, no ketchup, no honey, no potatoes or rice, and def no kind of wheat products, nothing processed really. I did alot of experimenting with diets from "all you can eat" to "vegetarian", and this one is most optimal for health, looks, and mind.

You are a boxer, carbs are priority also to lose weight you need carbs.
Carbs= energy/ you need energy to box, if you don't have energy to box you can't lose weight.
