He'll go down as another handpicked Floyd opponent, even though he's a legit top 4 guy at 147. Excuses people will make...
1) Not a true welterweight. Was fighting 135lbs just 2 years ago.
2) Stress (gun charges, pre-fight promotional commitments, ect)
3) War against Berto took a lot out of him.
