I agree Adam. Also a law of physics here==the higher up a weight drops from, the more inertia it has and therefore power or force. When somebody 6 foot 7 or 6 foot 9 simply lets their arm drop from that height onto an object, gravity alone adds a significant increase to the force which is imparted upon the impact. If you got a guy 6 foot 8 dropping his arm down onto someone's jaw with very littel added force, that blow is going to be alot more telling than if Joe Frazier lets HIS arm drop from say shoulder-height down onto an object.
If you add the leverage one gets at 6 foot 8, - thats easy to imagine isnt it-- if I swing a stick that is 12 inches long around ion a circle, it will not have the same violent impact on an object it strikes as a stick of twice that length will. And if we had a stick 10 feet long and got it swinging about in a circle, it would demolish the object upon impact.
I say and have been saying for 15 years that a fighter should not be categorized by sheer weight to be a "heavyweight" for example. There should be some kind of formula which factors in height, reach, as well as weight, to make a composite score of what in fact that fighter really is, if he is a heavyweight or a superheavyweight or whatever.
I think it is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for a guy like 6 foot 1 inch and 210 pounds (a "heavyweight" for sure by current standards) to EVER BE ABLE TO BEAT the Klitschkos.
