Adam,do you think that even the very fast ones (Leonard,Jones,Ali,...)relied on timing and not on reflexes?
Both. you have to react and reflexes are the speed of your response, but it's nothing with out timing They had fast reflexes reading a punch... they knew it was going to be thrown almost before you did... :P
