That's the question I'm asking you dope! "2 stand down orders were given" #1 The only person that can give those orders is Barack Obama and #2 Reports are that Obama left and went to sleep as his friend Amb. Chris Stevens was brutally murdered. So either OBAMA gave the orders which is bad OR Obama washed his hands of the situation completely.
