Lopez can maybe go for the bum rush early as Garcia seems to be a slow starter, but I can see him getting buzzed on the third punch if Garcia switches to a southpaw stance (which he does from time to time) and uncorks that that right hand at the end of an exchange. .. eh. I could be wrong.
I think that's his only shot at winning. Going for the early knock out. The longer it goes. The more bruising you gonna see on him

all I know is that Garcia's mentality heading into the fight is what EVERY fighters mentality should be, doesn't matter who you have beaten you take each fight on an individual basis

"I'm getting ready to fight the best JuanMa, which I think is going to surface that night -- a good fighter with good technique," Garcia said. "And nothing's going to have to do with my victory over Salido. It has nothing to do if I beat Salido and he beat JuanMa. I'm going to face a great fighter."

That's why Garcia's on top and should remain there for awhile. His concentration is only on Lopez. Going into the first Salido fight, Lopez seemed more interested in Gamboa than Salido. And got his ass whipped for his stupidity. Garcia is not making the same mistake

Juanma is gonna get destroyed. He's the poster boy for the falseness of boxing's hype machine.

Garcia levels him in 6... Probably less.

hype machine? you don't win titles at Super Bantam and Featherweight, have KO wins over the likes of De Leon (in one round none the less), Penalosa, Luevano, Concepcion, and R. Marquez by being a "hype job"

did he limit himself by relying on his power too much? yes obviously, we've been saying this for years, but he made minced meat out of De Leon in his first title fight and that was 3 yrs before De Leon got screwed against Broner, even Gamboa wasn't able to stop him after 8 rnds, so that's saying something

he may not have reached his full potential but he didn't end up being a Zab Judah either so pretty far from being a hype job

I think he's a hype job and I put Zab Judah as more highly regarded than Juan Ma. Zab as of recently had a tough fight vs Garcia where he held his own. I'm not saying Juan Ma is a shit fighter I think he's a good fighter who beat good fighters such as De Leon, Conception etc *Win on the old man Marquez who was actually giving him all Juan Ma could handle till he got injured* Anyways I think he's a good fighter but never will be a great fighter. He peaked at those wins and then got destroyed by a gatekeeper twice. Now he will get destroyed by a quality opponent. If he beats Mikey he will have one last chance I believe to be great. PS I also think Broner is a hyped job. We'll see sooner or late he will get exposed just like when I said Andre Berto was a hype job and he would get exposed.

I rate Judah lower simply due to the fact that he has choked in every big fight he has had (other than maybe against Corley in the rematch), he's given fighters a good fight for a couple rounds and then loses clearly, Salido although not the greatest fighter also pushed Gamboa himself pretty damn hard, even dropped him, so not like he's a shit fighter either, IMO a hype job is a guy who never came close to living up to what he was being built to be, for example Panchito Bojado, James Kirkland, Arreola, Cintron, etc.
